can a concussions become worse after a few weeks?

I had a severe fall 2 wks ago and went to the ER
I cut beside my eye and hand a few lumps on my head. I was told I had a bad concussion and to go home and rest in the dark for 4 days. It has been 2wks now and although my face bruising has gone, my head is still sensitive and I still get light headed daily when I do daily tasks.
I am always nauseous as well.
I find the eye I have the cutime near is a bit blury and recently these past 4 days I have really bad pain in my neck, arm and shoulder area. I sometimes can not move my arm without causing lots of pain. Are these symptoms normal after a really bad head injury?
I am worried!
