severe ingrown scalp hairs resulting from staples/ scar tissue.

I lost my hair due to hard knots, bumps, sores... developing on nlny scalp.  They are in the same area where I had my head stapled. Back together.  The trauma was due to being hit with a frozen 40oz bud ice beer bottle in the top rear left portion of my skull.  They had to staple my head quickly to stop me from dying.  I had really long hair that also was trapped in the wound with glass.  Please help me with any info.  I am miserable and embarrased.

I am Crystal Jones thankfully I have hair again the sores the knots in the bumps have went away berry berry tedious for long time if I had known it wouldn't have took so long I used I found out baking soda and paste to rub your head to free the trapped hair there's hair upon layer of hair upon layer of hair that you do not see or you will not notice the bumps can get trapped in between the layers of hair it's a all-day process but also I put on my head regrowth treatment to get the dry dry layers of scalp hair off that would grow back into my skin so it was like I was creating barriers and layers hard hard cover.do you have any questions look me up on Facebook Crystal Jones and you'll see my hair have short short hair with a says love or something on my picture

Update I have found that. Using salt as a body scalp scrub,(or separately use a  baking soda paste scrub) so be very light with your pressure it will remove your skin quickly, white vinegar,  silver cream all helped me to loosen the stuck areas of concern.  Gentle gentle pressure. Cooler water not hot moisture immediately.
