I just made this last night and it was super easy and tasty! I put 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a crockpot, mixed up two 12 oz jars of sugarless apricot preserves and 1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix and poured the mixture on top of the chicken. Covered and cooked on low in my crockpot for about 5 hours. Then I made some jasmine rice (although any rice will do) and served the chicken and mixture over rice. Delicious and so easy! I like easy. :)
