This recipe comes from my Grandma and has no oil, etc. and I always get the lean meat. These are really good.
1 1/4 pounds ground ham
1 1/4 pounds 93% lean ground beef
1/2 pound ground fresh pork
Mix meats well in a large bowl. Add to them:
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. skim milk
Combine well (using your hands works best!) and roll into walnut size balls. Put in 9X13 greased pan
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
Pour sauce over ham balls and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. THEY ARE UNIQUE & DELICIOUS!!!
