Hi there. Well, graham crackers (also lacking nutritional value) also have a lot of sugar in them. Those would be a trigger food for me.
Instead, I eat things like nuts, dried fruit mixed. Some cheese. Tortilla chips with salsa or guacamole. A hard boiled egg. Fruit.
Those help you feel full and are nutritional. that's the key. good luck
Popcorn without butter, oatmeal , nuts try not to eat so much almonds as a handful equals three snickers bars. Graham crackers are good , some vegetables like carrots broccoli celery. sown fruits too. You can make fruit salad.
Choose the snacks which are high in fibre and have important nutrients.
