Minier's or neurological disease??

My mom has experienced a terrible situation two days ago we were expecting it to be a heart attack but the doctor said her heart is ok,the problem started with a vertigo and an increasing heart rate which could reach to more than 150,she also couldnt breath at the momment so we called the emmergeny they took her to the hospital, even in the hospital it was happening like an intermittent hysteria,it was being repeated every few mins with the same symptoms increading heart rate, vertigo, and she was also feeling a burn in her head and her hands and feeling cold as well, after all the dr said that it might be a minier's disease and gave her an injection she started feeling better after that,do u think that all these symptoms can be from a minier's disease?
She is 51 yo and has diabetese and high bp also.
