Can a VSD (corrected) precipitate any abnormal cardiac activity on exertion?

My wife had congenital VSD, which was corrected in early life. Now, sometimes after having an energetic sex, her heart rate goes very high up(did not count exactly). Can this be dangerous? Is it normal or is there any concern we should look into?

Any progress sir?
Could you repeat your question?

We must have some misunderstanding.  I understood the original question.  If I were in your shoes I would seek medial opinion.

She may have a host of things that have gone wrong since child hood.

Including shunting through her vsd.

My first step would be an echo.
