I am 30 so they told me that the absolute max I should get my heart rate is 190 and during any type of aerobic class (step, spin, kickboxing, and even going up and down my stairs to grab stuff) I will hit 195 within 10 minutes.
Mild leakage is usually considered medically insignificant ...not an uncommon condition with no progression.
Tachycardia can originate from the right atrium (upper chamber) sinus node (natural pacemaker of electrical impulses), impulse pathway blockage, etc. can cause an irregular heart rate...sinus node and/or electrical impulse conduction problem is almost always the source if abnormal.
With exercise the target heart rate can safely be 90% of 220 minus age, 205 hr may be too high unless you are very young, and 170 is not an unusual if your age is below 45. The 170 heart rate may be incidental to an abnormality produced with monitoring equipment and cause tor discontinue.
