20 year old symptoms that are closely related to heart disease

I am 20 years old boy who has never smoked or drank, moved from India to Norway, my weight is 200 pounds and my height is 178cm, I have been facing mild chest pain while walking uphill and sometimes all of a sudden only on left side of my chest like someone is catching my heart, I have done ECG and Echo at rest both are normal also my cholestrol and blood pressure is perfectly normal. I have severe vitamin D deficiency but three weeks since I have been taking the tablets. I have pain in shoulders and sometimes in the head region all the pains last for minutes only. Also I have noticed I have shortness of breath when climbing uphill but walking on flat surface nothing much happens no pain as well. I have also developed greenish hands (only) which disappear when I do hand exercise. I am able to walk continuously for 30 mins+ uphill. Also facing indigestion, kindoff loose stools but not very loose but undigested greens in it. Is this something related heart failure?
