27, left shoulder tricep and forearm pain - precipitated by stressful situations

as the post says, im 27, male and am having some really frightening symptoms! ive had them for a few months now. it feels as though somebody has been squeezing my left arm heavily. it goes around my left shoulder/deltoid through my tricep and down around my forearm and wrist. its precipitated by a stressful situation and occurs with a panic feeling. it stays for the whole day and can be felt for the next 24 or 48 hours. it then fades away and might not occur again for a week or two. my ecg is normal and so is my troponin. on one occasion when this happened i went to the accident and emergency room. the troponins were negative for it being heart related and that was about 3 hours after the initial pain attack happened.
