slow pulse, and other symptoms

As a 33 yr old male, I am concerned about my heart.   Even though in the past I have had a rather complete evaluation (stress test, echo),   I still can't help but feel like something isn't quite right.   I have had some type of strange undefined "syndrome" the seems to come and go over time.    I also have other oddities that have been unexplained - for example, 5 years ago I developed a duodenities and colitis in my bowels which lasted a while, then vanished - when those vanished, I began having PVC's and runs of PVC's every day (before I even knew what PVC's were).  The first time I was struck, I blacked out and thought I was dying.  Then, I went though my cardiac evaluation and learned all about PVC's.  I had never had any such issues before in my life even though I was then having up to 100's very noticeable per day.   This whole time, my blood pressure fluctuated around a lot and my pulse ran low a lot for the first time ever (resting in the 40's and 50's,  and even walking around in the 50's).  So it all went away after suffering for 18 months strait....PVC's practically went away, and my pulse was back in the 70's or 80's again!    Another couple years go by and we are here now,  and since then for a few days or a week my pulse has dropped again,   but now my resting pulse is back in the low 50's again...my blood pressure has dropped on average 10-20 points,   and at times I feel dizzy when I'm at rest and I need to get up and walk around to bring my BP up a little because I seem to be in some sort of overly restful "slump" and my body and mind feel too sedated or something.  The one thing I can be thankful for is that no PVC's have fired up again (thank GOD) but I am back in that bardycardic mode again that has visited me on and off again.

Here are some other anomalies that have visited me over the last 5 years as well:   duodenitis and colitis that come and go,  unexplained bladder area discomfort,  feeling chronically lightheaded to varying degrees

No one can diagnose via the Internet. Based on what you have described, I would consider several things, 1. get an endocrine investigation, focusing on the adrenal and thyroid gland functions --  low functions of either gland has been known to produce low BP and low HR.  Usually there would be some electrolyte abnormality as well, so an easy thing to do is to get a blood chemistry panel.  Also review your medication list (if any) as things that treat chronic inflammation can affect adrenal function.  Lastly, a medication to boost blood BP and treat orthostatic hypotension such as midodrine could be used to help you with symptoms of dizziness. Good Luck!

PS -- mental confusion is also a factor in my symptoms.  I feel disconnected a lot (that's what I meant by light headed)
