Abnormal echo: Is borderline diffuse hypokinesis dangerous?

I’m 45 y/o. Had an echo, stress, holter and carotid Doppler due to dizziness and some chest pressure. Everything ok except echo showed borderline diffuse hypokinesis and EF 50%.  I don’t smoke or drink. I’m 5’3.5” and weigh 118 lbs.  I have asthma, GERD, migraines and scoliosis.  My previous Echos were nL. Previously they thought I had MVP,  but it didn’t show this time. I’m so scared.  I did have a life changing event occur 3 yrs ago and have been stressed since. Should I worry abt this echo? Can I strengthen my LV?
