Angiogram Doubt

Guys i wanted Know  whether Angiogram is safe?
i heard that there is a risk of getting Kidney damaged after Angiogram test?
What are other risks?  Can Angiogram done without any risk's?

Agree. I've had three and open heart surgery.. and have had no problems induced by the procedures.. in fact my mitral valve has worked well for 8 years at this point.

Don't have a number on risk or severity, but simple recovery will have to take place, but best I can recall other than having to be driven home and not drive for the rest of the day, I had no after/side effects.

An angiogram is the safest test that will give definitive results.  Precede with confidence.  I think being crushed by a piano when walking a city street is a bigger risk.
