Anything wrong with this ECG?

Hi guys,

I found this ECG taken two years ago during a panic attack. Is there anything wrong in it? I notice what looks like an abnormality in leads II and III after the second R-wave. Anyone know what this is? All the other 9 leads were normal (sinus tachycardia). The ECG can be found on my profile here:

I think a treadmill stress test (while hooked up to an ECG) is far more useful than a resting ECG (or one taken during a panic attack to confirm there's no obvious heart issues).  

If there's a heart issue, testing its function while under notable physical stress is an excellent way to flush out heart weaknesses and problems.
