Arryyhmia with normal pulse?

Hello, upon trying to sleep, (and waking up a morning or two) I have had a feeling of my heart racing rapidly, and a pounding sensation as well. While checking my pulse during these events, the pulse rhythm and speed kinda felt normal. But maybe hard to tell due to fear? It lasted only a few minutes each time, no more than 10, no pain or symptoms other than the rapid feeling and pounding. Can you have an arrythmia while having a normal pulse?

I have had an echo done which came back normal aside from mild dilation, heart monitors only revealed PVC/PACs, and everything had been deemed benign, ive bern to ER twice and ekgs, xrays, blood all came back normal. I'm tired of weird symptoms and new things happening and no diagnosis, im tired of fearing for my life, health and heart.

I am a 26 yo white male, 5'11 265lbs (lost 20 lbs over the past several months trying to improve my health) I am on no medicines besides omeprazoke for reflux, any suggestions, thoughts, input? I last saw cardiologist or ER in december, echo in november and I fear if I go they wont find anything.

I check my pulse often and its always normal speed and rhythm, sometines faster if exercising, moving etc.

I also had a argument over the phone before falling asleep for 2-3 short minutes and then experienced this for no more than 10 minutes. Thanks

Inaddition, if its benign, is there something in the body that can mimic arrythmia or heart racing/pounding?

If I go back, should I request any adfitional tests or another echo/monitor?
