Artery Health can Reverse Hypertension?

I have been researching Hypertension extensively lately and wanted to know if anyone had come across info or topic suggestions on strengthening your arteries for help with hypertension. My family has become involved in integrated medicine and this is fairly new topic. Really need some feedback.

Just to add, watch carefully how much salt you consume. Many people consume far too much and the contents are listed on all food packaging. The more salt you consume, the more fluid the kidneys will retain in your blood stream, increasing pressure.

I respect you for your proactive ideology for preventive care!  The best way is to exercise, but you have to exercise safe. Work up slow and safe. Follow this protocol; Exercise regularly. Avoid those foods which are high in oil content. Eliminate alcohol, stop smoking and avoid caffeinated beverages and spicy food. Practice relaxation techniques and avoid becoming overanxious and to Enjoy a Stress free Life. This helps to reduce blood pressure.
