Bad Chloestrol but OK lifestyle

I had my blood work done almost all categories I was within the acceptable range, excluding the following;
1) HDL - 44mg/DL - Acceptable range >60
2) LDL - 116mg/DL - Acceptable Range <100
*Note Triglyceride - 44 and Total Cholesterol 100
3) Eosinophil - 5% - Acceptable Range 1-3%
4) Testosterone - 9.905 - Acceptable Range 1.424 - 9.231

Profile: 29, Male, 177cm, 75kg, Fit - Exercise Regularly, Eat Healthy, Take Multivitamin and Fish Oil Everyday

Symptoms of interest - premature greying, mild eczema, broken capillaries on face, fatigue, red marks around eyes and visible veins, ADHD symptoms, poor memory, anxiety (very bad performance and social anxiety) and depression (OK at the moment but history of this)

As mentioned I eat quite healthy, the odd sweet but nothing serious, maybe overeat  than anything.. When I drink I tend to binge drink, but I don't drink at all during the week.. smoke socially when I drink but not at all during the week. Smoked less than a pack in last 6 months...

I am trying how much cholesterol profile could be so bad. I exercise everyday, I eat healthy, could the odd binge drink and odd cigarette be throwing this out so much..

I have been searching for answers to why I seem to be suffering from accelerated aging - i.e. grey, weathered skin etc, - and this is one the only red flags.

The other issue I was thinking it could be was linked to a dietary issue - i.e. the possibility of having celiac disease - both my sisters have this but I was tested and this came up negative.

could be a methylation issue.  Your multivitamin probably has folic acid in it which can cause issues with methylation if you have genetic mutations in your mthfr gene along with alcohol and smoking.  Look up mthfr, dr. Ben lynch and dr. Amy yasko

Binge drinking is considered far less healthy than having a couple of units a day. Think of it, you fill your body with poison at the weekend and just when your body has recovered, you are at it again. I would seriously reduce this. Your LDL and Trigs will be raised by alcohol too. With regards to ageing, this is a stress related thing. I'm 54 and when I was 47 I didn't have a normal coloured hair on my head. Stress was a big part of my life and I relished on it but unfortunately I discovered it wrecked my arteries and aged me prematurely. I have learned to handle the stress now, I just don't worry about anything. If a problem appears, I just say oh well, it would have happened if I worried or not and it eventually resolves itself over time if I worry about it or not. If someone gets highly angry, I just laugh because I imagine what is happening to their arteries.
