Burning pain between shoulder blades

Hi,
My 70 year old male partner has been getting some mild burning between his shoulder blades during some kinds of exercise. It is not severe and does not seem to be getting worse but he gets it sometimes when he starts walking and sometimes when he starts biking. He does water aerobics and fitness classes and rarely get it then. He is going to have a stress test just to check things out but is this burning sensation between the blades a definite symptom of a heart problem?

From what I read online and talked to a few (so called top dogs) selling natural meds.
they say the shoulders and upper back pains and burning is your heart , heart problems

However its not always the case!  as I have somewhat the same feelings in my shoulder blades off and on.. burning feelings and sharp pains .  after going to 4 diffrent doctors
and seeing a top back doctor - and haveing test after test done on my heart .. turns out
it was a pinched nerve.  so im being treated for that now !  as well other shoulder problems ..
I was suprised to read Gallstones or Gallblatter problems.  havent been tested for that
I wont rule that out !

also be it known ,when any bp medication - you can get heavy cramping and as well
pains in your shoulders and upper back .. from the medications  (side effects ) or allergic reactions to the meds.

for now the treatment for my back is working ok..  but it has come back a few times
but not as bad.

hope I helped     booger

I don't know about heart problems but that is a typical symptom of gallstones
