With the info you provide, it is impossible to say what is wrong with your mother's health.

Memory issues are often from the anesthesia during surgery. These effects normally subside, but that can take some time.
Blurry vision is often a side effect of medication.

It is still short after the surgery, so things will normally (slowly) further improve.
If there is instead of improvement, reason to believe that her condition is worsening, do not hesitate to contact the hospital for advice.

but the same symptoms and doctor says thers nothing wrong ..the report for Coronary CT ANGIO is :
-LIMA TO LAD -normal
-the coronary arterial system is right dominant
-the left main coronary artery (LMCA) reveals 70-80% ostial stenosis and bifurcates into left anterior descending (LAD) and left circumflex(LCx)
-The LAD reeals scattered calcified plaques obscuring the lumen.
-the D1 diagonal branch appears normal
-the D2 diagonal branch reveals ostio proximal soft plaques with 90-100% stenosis
-the LCx reveals eccentric calcified plaque without significant stenosis
-the OM branch appears normal
-the right coronary artery (RCA) reeal mixed plaque with 40-50% stenosis
-the PDA and PLB branches appears normal
-myocardium reveals no focal thinning
The angiogram showed some serious blockages but the angiogram was made before the CABG.
Now, after the CABG the blocked arteries are bypassed so the findings of the angiogram are no longer valid.
they did coronary CT angio after surgery..and the above report is received yesterday its been 2 months after surgery
