Chance of survival with 15% heart and no kidney fuction?

My boyfriend is 26 and has lived with afib for 10 years. Turns out he was having CHF and his kidneys had started to fail. They cardioverted him and he went into tons of pain. His kidneys stopped working and only 5 to 10% of his heart was working. They pump they installed wasnt working so he got moved to another hospital for possible transplant which could not be done with no kidney function. We are on day 5 and there is still no kidney function but after readjusting the pump his heart is at 20%... I know nobody can tell me he is going to live but I want a realistic honest idea. He is on a ventilator and feeding tube but when not heavily sedated he opens his eyes and shakes his head yes and no to reply until he gets stressed out and they have to sedate him more.
