Chest pain after quadruple and 17 stents

I had a quadruple on 5/13/09 a week and a half later I suffered from severe chest pain.  Told by the Cleveland Clinic Weston E.R. I was fine go home.  Still had terrible pain kept me in the E.R. for hours (8) finally decided to do an echocariogram determined tamponide rushed me to the o.r. 2 weeks later had severe chest pain.  They did a catheter determined a by pass collapsed.  Since then I've had 17 stints and still severe chest pain upon exertion.  I'm on all beta blockers.  Can't walk or do anything that takes exertion without severe pain and difficulty breathing.
