Constant Rapid Heart Beat and shortness of Breath

Hi, I am 29, male. Since last 3 months I am having shortness of breath, like I can't get a good deep breath, my GP and Cardiologist thinks its Anxiety as my ECG, Blood Tests, Chest X Ray, 2D Echo with Color Doppler and Stress Test all came back normal, so He put me on anti anxiety and anti depressant and anti biotics for Sinusitis (sinus x ray showed Sinusitis), BP is 130/80 to 120/80 with BP meds, recently I have noticed constant Rapid Heart Beat, is this all because of anxiety or what? I can't make mind calm, its just running with negative thoughts all the time

"minds are very powerful and can cause many physical symptoms"

You are so right about that. When I had artery spasms for a while, it caused PVC's and it didn't feel bad at all. However, suddenly the mind kicks in and starts thinking "wow what's this, is my heart stopping, is this the end of the road now", symptoms get much worse. The fear caused dizziness, shortness of breath and a cold shivering feeling all over my body.

HI.....anxiety can cause all of that. you have had alot of good tests. I bet the shortness of breath could be due to the sinuses possibly. How fast is your heart beat?.... When I was just 18 I started having skipped beats... I was anxious over my heart for YEARS for NO REASON. the Docs told me they were harmless, but I still worried everytime I would feel them... our minds are very powerful and can cause many physical symptoms. I am now 60 yrs old! I wasted ALOT of time being anxious for no good reason. Once you have been to the Docs, had all the tests... it is time to relax and focus on LIVING your life to the fullest. I Still have to tell myself this ! I hope this might let you know you are not alone and I hope it will help you to not be anxious!
