Coronary Heart Disease

My husband a 35-year old is currently recovering from a heart attack. Thus I want to know the type of nutrients i need to include in his meals

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Avoid all high fat or cholesterol rich foods. If hypertensive, maintain a low salt diet. Give him soft solid diet and if tolerated proceed to normal diet. Include leafy vegetables and fresh fruits regularly.
