Do I have a heart disease with these symptoms below?

I'm a 17 years old girl. Since 2 years ago my left chest often pains, I'm often breathless and cold sweating without any exercise and I feel weak. it became more severe every day. I usually get irregular heart beat indicator turned on when I checked my heart's health. Do I have a heart disease? If yes, what kind of heart disease? And what should I do?

Thank younfor your information. However, I've tracked my blood pressure daily. The average is 120 per 80, which is normal from what I read about it. Sometimes it went too low, but it never went higher. Thank you.

Hi there,

First off, I'm sorry you've been living with this pain for such a long time now! Unfortunately, I cannot diagnose you with anything but I think one of the best things you can do is just track you blood pressure. So many things are effected by hypertension and it might just be the root cause. Hello Heart is a great app that helps you track and understand daily blood pressure measurements. Hope this helps and get well soon!
