Doble heart bypass

My mother had heard surgery 2 weeks ago.  She had 2 bypass.  The problem is that she is not recovering well. She gets very short of breath when she walks less than a minute.  She is having memory problems and she is very week.  She is also getting panic attacks every 2 to 3 minutes.  With all those symptoms the doctor released her last friday.  He prescribe a medication for the panic attacks, but is not doing anything.  I had called the doctor several times and left messages, but he does not returns the calls.

My question is if those symptoms are normal or there might be something else?
