Does this sound like heart disease ?

I know I can’t be diagnosed without testing. My symptoms are long term inactivity. Substance abuse, Hypertension, weight gain, lack of exercise & one swollen leg.

My ultrasound ruled out a blood clot and my extensive blood work came back normal.
I’ve been inactive for a very long time do to inactivity. My leg has been swollen for months and I new it was poor circulation, however I didn’t know the seriousness of blood flow and didn’t take care of myself.

I know there are so many causes, but it looks like heart disease. My Doctor said she’d look at my blood work & know what to look for in my upcoming Echocardiogram on Mon, but all lab results are normal.

Swelling is in left leg / calf

That is the only symptom I have however I have many factors in my lifestyle that can have caused it. Does blood work show heart issues ? I am just asking for some feedback because the secretary who gave me my results of the two tests was not clear and it’s not her job to know what kind of blood work was done.
Thank you for reading & I hope everyone is safe and feeling as well as possible.
