Elevated Troponin with no indication of heart disease

So after dealing with a dentist induced TMJ and tooth pain for 2 months I visited the emergency room. Since Jaw pain is part of the TMJ and also may indicate a heart attack is brewing I wanted to play it safe. ER Doc. Said he believed it's all dental related until my blood work came with showing Troponin at .26 so I was admitted... X-ray, ekg, echo, CT Scan, BP, heart rate and blood work was all normal... after 4 days in Cardiologist basically told me he has nothing and discharged me. I followed up with another cardiologist and after running 9mins on a tread ... picture with contrast he was also scratching his head and found it bazaar not understanding why on 5 Troponin test in the hospital looked like a wave .26 .33 .23 .43 .... they checked for everything and no other disease noted... was 2 months of excruciating and stressful dental pain have anything to do with this?

Actually the reverse might be true.  People don't realize that sometimes jaw pain is a sign of a heart attack.  If you had a clot or maybe a virus that entered the heart and then self resolved they may not see it, especially if your healthy and no other damage was done.  Just throwing it out there for consideration.  Disclaimer:  I am NOT a doctor.  Do NOT rely on my opinion or advise.  Only a medical professional can provide reliable medical guidance.  And as always, batteries not include, some assembly required.

I am hoping that is the case. I getting another troponin test done tomorrow so I will be interested to know the levels. BTW the jaw pain subsided when I pulled the tooth and the TMJ (although still there) calmed down two week after the horrific dental visit. It is really hard to tell but either way many changes are on the way. Thanks for your response.
