The Inability for Modern Cardiological Medicine to Deal with PVCs, PACS Why?

Co-Q10 only does NOT work for me, in my case it seems to PROVOKE them or at least makes them worse. I am at or near the point of giving up because I can't live like this any longer. These horrors called PVCs, PACs, etc. have come and gone since 2015 than like a demon from hell, they came roaring back on Dec. 8, probably as a result of the massive stress I incurred over the elections which were driving me near a breakdown plus other factors then BOOM, they are back with a vengeance. They are doing it as I write this, every other second changing to unpredictable episodes every 5 or more minutes...thump, flop, flutter, and the worst are these DEEP contractions that feel like your f...g heart is being kicked inward like a soft pillow. Its hard to take and the physicians up here in New Hampshire, are INCOMPETENT, DON'T GIVE A SH.T, NEVER THINK OUT OF THE BOX and essentially just pass patients through like cattle.
Lets make one thing clear here that nobody says, physicians don't give a flying f.ck about you or anyone UNLESS you are wealthy, powerful, are a donor, or in politics....if you are none of the above, they'll smile at you but in their eyes, you are ROAD KILL and nothing more. The medical industry is sick and now under Trump, its going to sink into the a new f.cking dark age. Get ready for a new low in corrupt, stagnating existence...we will become a 3rd world country in less than 2 years if not sooner.
Doctors don't care and the creature Trump picked to run HHS is a f.cking odious sociopathic criminal, he'll destroy HHS and the entire medical care industry.
So essentially there is NO help. Just got another big one, made me cough.....can't even finish this.

The real answer is that physicians, a smart and highly educated group of people, often very caring, don't know what causes ectopic beats in otherwise normal people.  

The study of physiology has so far simply not been able to find a good explanation or an easy fix.  This is complicated by the fact that study after study has shown that fewer than about 10,000 ectopic beats *per day* have no adverse effect on the longevity of otherwise healthy people who have them.

Being a wealthy person with PVCs and PACs might get you more hand-holding than a poor person would receive, but it will NOT give you a better remedy for your ectopic beats than a poor person gets.

But, if a patient with ectopics has had extensive testing of his heart and has been found essentially healthy, it has been shown that counseling plus antidepressant  medication *will* make ectopic beats less troublesome and often less frequent.  

This is a good approach for those who are both anxious and angry to the point of profanity.
