Fainting & blacking out

I’ve fainted 2 times in a 10 month period without any prior warning. The last event I had two blackouts meaning I had about a 2-3 minute period where I’m completely conscious, walking and talking, without having any memory of that 2-3 minute period.
I have one cardiologist who’s suggesting a pacemaker, an EP who is absolutely against it and says it was a simple vasalvagal episode, and my PCP suggests I see a neurologist assuming I’m having seizures.  Who am I to trust or see?
