Frequent PAC and PVC on holter monitor

So I’m a 24 year old male with no real health concerns, I had a routine 48 hour holter monitor (order by genetics not suspect of anything in particular) and while the doctor and heart specialist said the results were entirely normal and healthy even it notes over a couple hundred PAC’s and 1 PVC, my doctor said everyone has PAC’s and that they only worry if they go over 10% of you overall heartbeats or have several in a row etc so I understand overall even a handful of hundred are tiny compare to 48 hours of heart beats. A cardiologist read the results as well and said it was healthy and my heart rate was fantastic. I guess I just though that many seemed like a lot.. any thoughts?

So, your doctors would not tell you 'entirely normal' if it wasn't.  They take an oath to care for your health.  Stress and anxiety can cause what the holter monitor showed.  I would think that your anxiety may be negatively impacting you and ultimately, it will ultimately skew your total health negatively as well.  So, it's really important to get a handle on the anxiety disorder.  This will ultimately make the rest of your health better.  Do you see a therapist or anything?

While I do have some health anxieties to be honest I’m not an overly anxious person. My first job outside highschool was working for the USPA as a skydiver helping to train new guys to get their certification. So I’m not someone with crippling anxiety etc. my days with the holter were completely normal days for me.
