ECG shows sinus rhythm 90/mim PR 140, Axis 45, Incomplete RBBB. Echo shows mild TR with RVSPof 16+ and Grade I DD probably secondary to Tachycardia.
Can you confirm if this is of any concern. What is the treatment and if any cause.
