Hi,

My uncle in chennai(india) affected by heart attack.Doctor advised to do operation. but the patient as very low pressure 100/70. The pulse rate is 20. wat to do in these situation? please advise me. In the angiogram test Doctors replied that 3 blocks and even they intimated us 2 valves were damaged. please advice me wat to in these situation?

First, what are your uncle's wishes? The pressure is not bad, but a pulse rate of 20? I'd suggest, or per your uncle's wishes, and the advice of his doctors that he have surgery (by-pass?) He has three blockages; that is not good for any continued quality of life. Good wishes in this difficult time.
