HELP! I have Atrial SVT - should I seek second opinion?

Hi, and thank you in advance for help and guidance provided. I am concerned and confused.
After reporting symptoms of arrhythmia, my Dr prescribed a 24 hr Holater. Upon reviewing the Holter, he had this to say:

"Atrial tachycardia (supraventricular tachycardia) for only six beats. Not a normal rhythm, but nothing at all serious or of concern.

Impression:

24 hours of monitoring.

The predominant rhythm was sinus rhythm with rates between 41 and 143, mean 67 beats per minute.
Baseline artifact present.
Rare (12)  atrial premature beats up to 6 per hour.
Rare (one)  atrial couplet.
One run of supraventricular tachycardia at a rate of 107 beats per minute, longest run 6 beats.
Occasional (635) bifocal ventricular premature beats up to 55 per hour.
Rare  episode(s) of ventricular bigeminy.
There were no cardiac symptoms

The premature beats come and go, sometimes every other beat, sometimes they don't happen. The significance of them depends on whether or not there are any other problems with your heart such as coronary blockages, valve problems, high blood pressure, or weakened heart muscle. Your testing (echo, stress test) did not reveal any evidence of these. Lots of people have unexplained premature beats. Your heart rate went up just fine with exercise, and is within the range of what I would expect for the average person. You may have some electrical abnormalities of your heart with the tachycardia and the premature beats, but this is not necessarily anything serious or risky. I would not recommend any further testing or treatment right now."

First, I am confused by quite a lot in the response. -What does baseline artifact mean?
-What are the premature Atrial beats?
-What about premature ventricular beats? I seem to have a lot of premature beats in general, are these of any concern?

And most importantly: i have read that SVT- Atrial Tachycardia is most often associated with Heart Disease. The Dr does not believe there are any concerns and has not mentioned any possible link with Heart Disease. I have only done a stress and echo test- are those in line with my current situation, or do his findings warrant more/different tests? Should I be lookinopinion other Dr for a second opinio, or is this Dr correct in assuming that there's no reason for concern?
