First of all there is absolutely no life-threatening danger in you having a pulse of 99. The high pulse and low blood pressure (not really low) suggest the elevated heart rate is compensatory. Compensatory heart rates may be due to anemia, dehydration, lung infection of asthma.

Hi there. The normal resting HR is 60 - 100 BPM, so you are at the upper end of normal. If it persists around 100 maybe go to your doctor for a check up in a few weeks?

Your BP is perfect.
A pulse of 99 is quite high for an adult. Normally it is called tachycardia when the resting pulse is above 100 in adults.

What is your age and how did you measure your pulse?
Your resting pulse is measured when the heart is pumping the lowest amount of blood you need because you’re not exercising. So, if you’re sitting or lying and you’re calm, relaxed and aren’t ill.
