Heart disease or heart attack or anything else?

Hi. I am a 24 yo male. Not overweight or a smoker but I do not exercise regularly.

About a week ago, I had encountered a few times a short duration but strong throbbing pain on the side & back of my lower left chest or upper abdomen. I just happened like a few times for a day and it is gone. I thought it might be just kidney stones so I just drank more water.

However, 2 days later, I began to encounter a mild difficulty breathing. It felt like my chest is a bit tight and I need to put in more effort the fill up my lungs. It is worse when I lie down on the bed and causing me discomfort when I trying to sleep.

Another day later, I started to be able to hear in my mind my heart beating (Is it called heart palpitations?) when I am sleeping together with the mild breathing difficulty. The pulse is not very fast till like over 100 but maybe in the 80+ but it felt stronger than normal.

I then when and visited a doctor and so he did a ECG and it looks fine so say it is maybe just anxiety.

Then the next night, I encountered heart beating sound in my mind again and the mild breathing difficulty and this time I am feeling a bit of burning on my left chest and my left chest felt a bit tight.

I when to the hospital to visit another doctor and he did a ECG, chest x ray and blood test and again say there is nothing wrong with my body. He think it is because of acid reflux and just gave me famotidine 20mg tablet to take.

So I took it and the burning sensation seems to have changed to my abdomen area. That night I have no problem with sleeping except the burning sensation on my abdomen and the breathing is a bit better.

But the next night, everything came back. Breathing issues, chest a bit tight, heart beating sound in my mind.
And the next day I began to have have more symptoms on the day, chest burning sensation, back (top and bottom) pains, neck tightening (throat feeling like smaller), a bit tired when walking up and down the stairs and suddenly feeling feverish but gone in an hour.

So do you all think if I am having a heart disease? A lot doctors don't seems to take so due to my age and the ECG report but I am paranoid because all my symptoms are matching to heart attack.
