Heart disease ; second advice on angiography findings

Dear Doctors

recently one of my very close friend had the mild pain near heart or side stomach and doctor advice to do an angiography test which came with below findings.

LMCA : Normal
LAD: mid LAD plaque distal 90% stenosis near apex
diagonal: osteal 40-50% stenosis (small vessel)
LCX: Distal 30-40% stenosis
OM: NOrmal
RCA: Distal RCA 100% stenosis

on doctor recommendation i have gone through the PTCA + Stenting to RCA.
and others stenosis, doctor said that medicine can potentially reduces the risk.

I am here looking for 2nd independent advice. is there anything more needed to do then what my doctor already done. is there anything specific i need to take preventive action.

Thank you in advance. good bless you.
