Heart problem at 24?

Hi,
24, male, 6'2, 280. I don't do drugs, smoke or drink. Currently on zoloft, and protonix. Work full time as a shelf stocker lifting heavy items, constantly moving pushing and pulling heavy pallets. I don't work out anymore.

So, I was diagnosed with costochondriatas this past August after having these tests done and come back normal and negative for any issues: Holter monitor, EKG, Chest xray, Sleep apnea study, blood work, blood pressure is 125/80, and had a tube in me to check for acid reflux which found no abnormalities. Also, had an echocardiogram a year and a half ago.

So now This past weak I've been having chest pains most around center of my chest, squeezing, sternum is tender, feels hard to breath and hurts to breath, out of breath when using stairs, heart fluttrers.

I made a doctor appointment with new doctor and she said your too young to have a heart attack and based on these tests you should be fine. I got my cholesterol taken today so won't know the results until a couple days.

So, I'm wondering what should I do for the pain and shortness of breath?
Advil helps a little.

If its tender to the touch and is relieved by advil its not likely your heart.

If youre having all those issues yu should go to the ed though.. MYbe reauest a pulmonary function test?

When do these episodes tend to come about? Have any seasonal allergies in the past? Does the advil help with your breathing as well as the pain?
