Heart rate and stress

40 year old male with a stressful profession.
Height 6ft
Weight 150 pounds
Body type - lean
Into recreational fitness
I have done my 2d echo and ecg on May 3rd which came back normal.  Does one have to repeat every month to keep a check on heart health? Also is 75 to 90 bpm normal? Been stressing over this almost getting obsessive with the fears of sudden attack or failure (also thanks to hearing stories how someone just passed away suddenly) smoker with occasional below  moderate drinking. Kindly help. Losing Sleep. Thank you.
