Heart skipping a beat

Hello.
My brother , 46 years old, passed away of a sudden cardiac arrest a month ago.
And since then I have been worried a lot of such thing.
Been under a lot of stress lately especially after him passing away...as I have to be strong in front of mum and all this.
I'm 39, mild smoker, non drinker. I did some tests 2 weeks ago. Blood tests, ekg, ultra sound, for my heart and veins and all was normal.
This morning I am having serious palpitations, as my heart skipping a bit. I don't feel anything else party that...but it got me worried. I went to my doctor and explained to him, he said it probably due to stress and nothing to worry about. But it's like whenever this beat skip happens. It worrying me a lot.
Please advise.
