Heart trouble or Stress

I am hoping someone here can help. I have been having bad chest pains on the left side. I went to my doctor and he said that its all muscle. Had a nuclear stress test done. It came back fine. Had a chest x-ray done and that came back fine. All blood work came back fine. It all started when I was put on Blood pressure Medicine. My pressuse goes from 137/85 to 117/77 it varies. I am taking Norvasc 10 MG. This has been going on now for about 6 months. I went to the ER when thinking I was having a heart attack and everything came back fine.

The variation in blood pressure should not be a concern.  With all the tests, etc. the probability is very high there is no heart problem.  Does the pain occur when taking a deep breath?  Does pressure to area of question increase the pain?  Usually, pain associated with the heart happens with exertion and there is immediate relief with rest.
