I did echo and the result was stated ESSENTIALLY NORMAL , is this oke

If they say essentially normal, it could be they see mild artery disease, that is maybe common to your age. Or, they found an essentially harmless condition, like the very common "Mitral Valve Prolapse". Look the term up and you'll likely find comfort regarding it or whatever else they noted on your results. Use reputable medical sites to find your info.. Also, if you have the common MVP, put in the term "MVP Syndrome" (the symptom-producing version - also usually harmless).
