Help required for Proceeding Further-CORONARY AANGIOGRAM

Hi All,

My father who is 60 years old was diagnosied for a triple vessel disease and the the doctors suggested to undergo Bypass surgery. He has undergone the surgery and immediately after 6 months,He felt severe chest pain and was advised to undergo angeo and later doctors advised to do stenting to Lima to LAD.He was stented.

The problem is that he is now facing the chest pain again and the doctor advised to perform Angio and the results were,

LMCA: Distal LMCA 70-80% stenosis
LAD: Ostaila LAD tight 90% stenosis,Proximal Lad is calcified.Mid LAD has 70% discrete stenosis.Distal LAD shows competitive flow from LIMA.Diagnosis are small caliber vessels with ostial disease.Septals are normal.
LCX:Non-Dominant.Proximal LCX 100% cutoff
RCA:Dominanat.Proximal LAD is diffusely disaeased with maximu 90% stenosis.Mid RCA is normal.Distal RCA has tubular 90% stenosis.PLB has 70% stenosis.PDA shows competitive floe from SVG graft.

It is the third time and the doctors are advising for one more stenting. Can you please  advise what needs to be done and why is this problem reoccuring.

Thank you

The 70%-80% blockages are perhaps manageable with medication but the 90%-100% blockages will need treatment.
What I miss in the report is the condition of the bypasses. Are the still open and doing their jobs?

Stenting seems the most optimal solution to me too, especially as the bypass surgery is only done so recently.
