High Blood Pressure

Hi, My Mother has High Blood Pressure.

She always takes her medecine everyday.
Today she took it but now she is filling bad.
I will like to know what food or te she can take right know in order to control her blood pressure to go back to normal.
I hope some one can help me with this.

I will really apreciated.

One way of reducing Blood pressure is to consume less quantity of salt. Now low sadium salts are also available in the market. Use these as a substitute for normal salts. Having a good diet which is low in oil also brings down BP to normal. Hope this information helps

How high is her blood pressure now?  Sometimes there is a pill in the bottle that does not work the way it is suppose to.  When you say that she is feeling bad, what kind of symptoms does she have?
