Buzzing/Vibrating in Chest behind breast

The pain in my chest walks me up at 5 in the morning.  Then I hear/feel buzzing in my chest until I get up.

The pain is scarey.  The buzzing and hottness are wierd.  I went for a stress test, but don't the results back
It also feels like heart is beating too fast.  I also have pain occasionally in one shoulder and in my side.

I'm wondering if I should be going to see a pulmonologist

Anyone with advice

I reread the link provided and there is good and helpful information by a Cleveland Clinic doctor.  No one is able to provide medical advise, but we can quide, provide a perspective and insight into the subject problem.  If you have any questions or comments regarding the doctor's comments you are welcome to followup on your thread.  Take care and thanks for sharing on this forum.

I don't know bmueller i would have your family doc refer you to a heart doc first and get that ruled out first.  You are a woman of a certain age and i don't know what your situation is however pre menopause can cause the being woken up from your sleep feeling super hot and your heart feeling like it is pounding...been there done that too many times but you have to make sure that everything else is ruled out.  I think it may take more than a stress test to get to the bottom of this...i would keep pushing until you get the answers tho...
