How long does it take to start feeling better after heart stents?

My son had 2 blockages that was 10 yrs ago and he started having symptoms of lower throbbing teeth, chest and back pain July of 2020 and went to same cardiologist and had another heart cath and the same 2 were blocked again and he was stented again. it will be 4 weeks Monday and he still is having the symptoms. There were a couple he said he couldnt stent because balloon was too large and they had none smaller. Why do you think his symptoms aren't going away?
