pulmonary artery systolic pressure is abnormal at 32 mm. Also Thickened, mobile MV leaflets, particularly the posterior leaflet, with borderline prolapse and no vegetation. Mild mitral regurgitation is detected. There is mild LA and mild RA. How serious is this?
