I had a CTA of the coronaries yesterday

One line of the impression reads, "Coronary artery disease with calcified plaque disease as described. Moderate focal stenosis of mid left anterior descending artery due to eccentric soft plaque. Calcified plaque with stenosis of first diagonal branch origin."

I've been on 40mg Lipitor for a 10 months, along with blood pressure meds. My cholesterol, HDL & LDL are now great. BP is controlled well. After seeing this, I'm terrified. Am I a ticking bomb?
I'm waiting for a call back from my cardiologist.

I think you need to speak to another cardiologist... your main left coronary is blocked and there are options, including surgeries.

Also,
I've had chest pain, lower teeth pain and occasional arm pain since mid September. I strained my ribs and chest, and family Dr thought it was that.
