Is anyone able to interpret this echocardiogram?

Hi! I just got the results of my echo with no explanation. I would really like to know if something is wrong because for the past few months I've been having dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, and fainting. If someone could help I'd really appreciate it!

Impression
CONCLUSION:
--To enhance imaging, Definity microbubble echo contrast was administered intravenously.
--The right heart is normal.
--Aortic valve is trileaflet. There is no aortic regurgitation.
--There is no pericardial effusion.
--LVEF is estimated at 55-60%. LVEF by 3-D imaging is 54%.

TECHNIQUE:
Complete 2D/3D transthoracic echocardiogram with color and spectral Doppler was performed. 3D
Echo was performed online, on the ultrasound machine, during the study. Study quality was fair.
To enhance imaging, Definity microbubble echo contrast was administered intravenously.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FINDINGS:
Left Heart:
--There is no left atrial dilatation (LA volume index 16 ml/m²).
Mitral Valve:
--There is no mitral regurgitation.
Aortic Valve:
--Aortic valve is trileaflet. There is no aortic regurgitation.

Aorta:
--The aortic root is normal in size. There is no dilation of the aortic root, ascending, or
transverse aorta, the latter two of which measure 2.8cm and 2.5cm, respectively.

Right Heart and Systemic Veins:
--Tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE), a marker of RV systolic function, is
normal (1.9 cm; normal greater than 1.5 cm).
Tricuspid Valve:
--There is trace tricuspid regurgitation.
Pulmonic Valve:
--There is no pulmonic regurgitation.
Pulmonary Artery:
--No evidence of pulmonary hypertension.
Pericardium and Effusions: --There is no pericardial effusion.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry it took so long to look at this:

It means you have an incredibly normal echo for someone who's indication is "Marfans Syndrome"

Your heart is like.. A living model of perfection relative to that condition. You literally could not hope for a better result...

In fsct your heart is so healthy for Marfans that I would probably call you back to double check it myself... Just to be sure the tech was looking hard enough.

My heart isn't even that normal and I don't have any sort of cardiac risk factors like that.
Hi! thank you very much for your comment. Maybe there is another reason for my symptoms
Now I never said that either!

Your symptoms could still be Cardiac, however thd cardiac problems would be something to do with chemicals and nerves.

The Echo however is perfect, just bear in mind it only looks at the muscles, valves etc. You need a different test (Holter Monitor/Stress test) for your issues.
Ok thank you very much :)
