Is it a Heart Problem

Dear Sir,

I am male of 39 years. At present I am suffering from 2 problems:

1)Heaviness/ pressure sometimes in Left portion of chest or sometimes in Right portion of chest
2)Sometimes breathlessness

I have done following medical Tests & normal as per doctor.

1) ECG---- Normal
2) Trade mill test --- 5 in last 2 years....  Normal  ( Last test yesterday)
3) Echo --- Normal but with LV Diastolic dyfunction
4) BP normal --- 120 / 80 (always)

My docor says I have no heart disease..

I have always heavy gas in stomach..... Is this causing problem ?
or is this because of Anxiety ?

PL. guide me..

It's good your tests come back as normal. The symptoms must be caused by something however, you should be re assured it's not your heart as you try to find out what the cause is.

Does the chest discomfort get worse or start when you exercise? If not it might be a start to try antacids or other treatments for indigestion to see if they help.
