Is the bike OK for a heart that had a trouble before?

if somebody had a problem with the heart before (like mild attack) is it OK to cycle for a pleaser? in my case 10min ride brings more discomfort after few hours later than my 8 hour shift at work even I push heavy trolley all day.. for me its just a mistery..

I think you have been here before... have you been rechecked and given the all clear?

Hi sorry for such a late reply. I think it was you who advise me to be little firm (not rude) with GP to get them to send me for the test to the specialist. When I went to see my GP after our conversation it was a woman (every time it is a different doctor) she told me that (as I mentioned to another blogger) it was too much pollen in Hyde Park and this is why I felt dizzy afterwards. Can you imagine the level of Arrogance here..it is like "you go and die but I will get my points on you". You know when you will go to the GP like 5 times and you are turned away than you start to think, that you can not break this wall and you just give up.. so my situation it is the same unresolved, only if I will pay £200 and will go for privet scan, then they will tell me what is what.
after she turned my request away she started telling me to go and do my blood check up for cholesterol so she wanted me to go and do the blood test, so (this would be another point for her) I told her that I was alright and did not take her invitation. I did blood test after anyway but from another doctor and on diabetes but did not hear from the Surgery at all so I have to make another appointment to see my doctor to learn what are my results.
Doctors can be unbelievably arrogent and rude.
Can you fine your own specialists without a referral?
as I mentioned above I will need to pay 200 quid in order to book the scan which I am not rushing to do. I don't know maybe it is stupid but I am not rushing to hear some scary information about my health that will put me in a panic mode. as I said maybe it is worth to spend this money and book the test asap. I don't know should I rush or no.
Im confused i thought they turned you down.  What is the testing ordered?
GP turned me down but if I will want to go on my own to privet clinics this test (I mean scan) costs 200 quid..

If your GP is dismissive, you should consult with a cardiologist.

Have you been to your GP or seen a cardiologist about this?
A short bicycle ride in morning before you go to work might be better for you.
Not sure about the work you do, but pushing heavy things around all workday is maybe too much for a person with heart issues. Check with your GP etc.

sorry for a such a late response.. when I went to my GP and i told her that after my 10 or 15 min pleasure cycle (even with very low speed) i feel little dizy she told me that it was too much polen in the Hide park so it could be because of that.. (can you emagine the level of arrogancy here).
No is not pollen. People with pollen allergy I looked up dizzy/vertigo is seldom is more nose/eyes issue. I see on your profile you are in UK. Did you see a cardiologist in 2019? I do not know NHS rules over here is 1x a year one sees specialist dr, my GP tells me I should get seen 2x a year. In hospital they can have you do bicycle endurance test? And an ECG.
I am not much on MedHelp but saw your reply by chance. Hope you get some tests. As soon as you get dizzy or feel weird either sit down or lay down in place. No exertion. Usually it passes.Us with the dodgy hearts have to err on caution. I do not go to the shops my second cardiologist tells me I drop and demise in shop if I go. I only visit dr. I used to bicycle slow too but had to stop. I visit London UK  long ago. I lead quiet life. Take care of yourself. GD.
Hi sorry for late reply.. the most difficult problem in UK is to by pass GP.. as they are the barriers to stop you going to the specialist in the hospital, as somebody explained to me, more people they will stop more points they will get..
